COMPUTER ASSISTED SIMULATION

The computer simulation research program is based at the St Lucia campus and undertakes activities in conjunction with the Centre for Plant Architecture Informatics (CPAI) based in the Mathematics department at UQ.

The computer assisted simulation program involves three main components

distribution and abundance
climate change
plant-plant interactions
